5.4 million Twitter account data was available for sale on a dark web forum according to this report. This was a vulnerability reported in January by HackerOne. Phone numbers and email addresses associated with a twitter handle were available, even if the user had hidden them. Reading the report, it appears that passwords were not compromised.

If you are a targeted individual / person of interest / celebrity, check the possibility of dissociating your number and email ID from your Twitter handle.
